Bislab is a rapidly scaling innovator in credit assessment and fraud prevention , building sophisticated, API-first products for organisations with complex needs. Our mission: help businesses make smarter decisions through advanced data, AI, and secure, scalable technology -- reducing financial distress and protecting companies from crime.
We've established ourselves as an innovator in Norway and have begun international expansion . Now, we're seeking a Product Manager -- AI Solutions with a founder's mindset to take full ownership of our AI product portfolio and lead it into new markets.
Critical role in shaping the future of credit risk management with AI.
Full product ownership -- from vision to delivery, working directly with the CEO and CPO.
International growth -- help launch our AI solutions in new markets.
High-caliber team -- collaborate with experienced technologists and data experts.
You'll focus on delivering high-impact AI capabilities for the credit risk space, including:
Design and implement our AI product portfolio for agentic risk management.
Build data pipelines for alternative data, leveraging LLMs to ingest and interpret unstructured data.
Develop algorithms for credit assessment, risk analysis, and fraud detection.
Implement robust security solutions for handling sensitive data.
Has proven product management experience with strong delivery results.
Can lead and inspire technical teams in a collaborative environment.
Brings knowledge of data science, algorithms, and machine learning (bonus).
Is passionate about technology-driven products with a positive societal impact.
Thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
