We require a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, preferably experience working together as a team, the ability to read and understand technical drawings, and a driver's license class B (BE is a plus). Valid certificates are an advantage, including hot work (varmearbeiderkurs) , fall protection (fallsikringskurs) , lift certificate (personløfterbevis) , and crane operator certificate (kranførerbevis) . Basic English or Norwegian language skills are expected. You must be responsible, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. References are required.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Key responsibilities include installation of sandwich panels (walls and roofs), assembly of steel structures (light and heavy), working based on construction drawings and plans, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, collaborating efficiently as a fixed team of 3, and travelling between projects according to a rotation schedule.
