Cluster housekeeping manager
To strengthen our Enter Hotel Tromsø team, we are looking for a cluster housekeeping manager (m/f/d) with a high level of quality awareness and a passion for the job. The hiring can be immediate or by appointment.
These challenges are waiting for you:
Control of hotel rooms and public areas in our 6 hotels
Classification of the chambermaids/roomboys
Ordering of cleaning agents, terry cloth goods etc.
Close cooperation with the reception, technology and quality management departments
Regular employee training
Rostering & approval of hours for the housekeeping dept
Compliance with operational standards
What do you bring with you:
First experience in a management position
Sound knowledge of cleaning and handling cleaning agents
You are an organizational talent and pay attention to details
You speak English fluently
