The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences
. Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t4wvWQEhDEsWe seek a geologist for a 20% researcher position at the Njord centre. The task will be to perform research and help training early career researchers in the domain of structural geology in general and fault mechanics in particular. The candidate will be involved in the VISTA project VICCO, the RCN project CONTINENT and in other projects related to the evolution and rheology of fault zones, including effects of fluids, for example in the Scandinavian Caledonides and in subduction zones.
The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences has a strategic ambition to be among Europe's leading communities for research, education and innovation. Candidates for these fellowships will be selected in accordance with this, and expected to be in the upper segment of their class with respect to academic credentials.
