About the Position:

Are you an IT expert with at least 5 years of experience in cloud solutions, server management, and client administration?

As part of our team, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing IT solutions for the process industry. We are looking for someone with experience in complex IT infrastructures and an interest in and competence to work at the interface between IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology), building secure and reliable solutions that support both mission-critical technology and IT systems.

Required Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with expertise and experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Server Expertise:
  Manage and optimize server solutions to ensure stable and efficient operations.
  Experience with both physical and virtual server environments (VMware).
• Security:
  In-depth understanding of the IT security challenges facing the process industry today.
• Cloud Solutions:
  Extensive experience with cloud solutions, primarily Azure.
  Ability to integrate and manage cloud-based services to optimize operations and costs.
• Client Systems:
  Support and develop client solutions to ensure usability and efficiency.
  Experience in managing various operating systems and applications.
• IT/OT Interface Expertise:
  Experience with or interest in working at the interface between IT and OT, where technological solutions must be integrated to support both operational systems and information technology in an industrial environment.

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in a similar role, preferably in the process industry.

Personal Skills:

• Excellent documentation skills
• Experienced in Project Management and related cost estimation and time management
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Norwegian and English.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Location: This position is based in Porsgrunn, Kristiansand, or Oslo. Travel to all three locations should be expected.
