Service Process Coordinator

In this role, you will be part of our Customer Services Operations Excellence team, collaborating with stakeholders across various teams. Responsibilities

• Control service projects – including screening, follow-up and invoicing.
• Follow-up aftermarket opportunities
• Collaboration between departments for efficient handling and finalizing projects.
• Internal briefs to guarantee updated systems and satisfied customers
• Opportunity for personal growth and the ability to shape your own workday

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.

Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.

• Experience with CRM- and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
