Hotelmanager (full time)
To strengthen our Enter Hotel Tromsø team, we are looking for a hotelmanager with a high level of quality awareness and a passion for their job. Do you have a warm demeanor and are you a host with body and soul? Then apply today and come to Enter Tromsø.

These challenges are waiting for you, among others:
Working in the hotel with the reception and housekeeping team to strenghten, develop, train staff to provide the best possible service.
Your tasks:
Reception duties supervision
Housekeeping and quality supervision
Inventory management
Maintenance coordination
Staff recruiting, training, scheduling
Management of guest feedback & complaints:
Financial oversight
Marketing and promotion according to Enter Tromsø guidelines
Health & Safety Compliance
Project leading
Attending leader meetings
Reporting to the management team in Enter
additional tasks as required
Working in shifts, weekends, red days, and weekdays is expected due to the nature of the tourism industry
What do you bring with you:
Sound knowledge in the field of reception and housekeeping
Leadership qualities
Experiences with reservation systems
You are an organizational talent and pay attention to details
You speak English or Norwegian
