Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will manage a next generation subsea provider and develop a robust company. With a steady hand and commercial focus, our new CEO will operationalize the strategy and strengthen Argeo's position in the subsea AUV and ROV market.

With the backing from cornerstone investors, Argeo is well positioned to capitalize on the growing subsea market. The company operates two subsea vessels and three AUVs, autonomous underwater vehicle, and is currently rigging a fully equiped AUV and ROV vessel for a multi year contract in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

Implement the company strategy together with the Management team, streamline the operations and secure profitable growth!

Other areas of importance:

• Facilitate the strategy process aimed at expanding across more of the IMR value chain and succeed in new markets.
  
• Strengthen the organization to take a leading position in the market.
• Secure a strong commercial presence in the sebsea market and further developing the robustness of the company.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure profitable growth and return on investment to our shareholders.

• Commercial and driven with strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• Higher degree in business, technical or related field.
• Proven executive leadership experience in the offshore energy/maritime sector, or subsea technology sectors.
• International experience and exposure to different cultures.
• A track record of scaling a business, navigating complex markets, and delivering strong commercial results.
