Are you structured, solution-oriented, and passionate about creating smooth daily operations? We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Daily Manager to lead our housekeeping team at Trysil Ski Resort.

In this key role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring excellence in cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction. You'll lead by example, coordinate daily tasks, motivate your team, and maintain strong communication with all relevant stakeholders.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of all housekeeping activities

• Preparing and distributing daily work plans

• Lead, motivate, and empower the housekeeping staff

• Foster a positive work culture focused on quality and collaboration

• Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team support

• Monitoring work quality and following up with staff

• Providing daily reports and updates to management

Ideal candidates will have:

• A background in cleaning/hospitality with some leadership experience

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, safety, and chemical use

• Great organisational and communication skills

• The ability to work independently and with attention to detail

• Flexibility, punctuality, and a growth mindset

• Proficiency in English (Scandinavian is a plus)

• Tech literacy (SuperOffice, Planday)
