Job Purpose

Job Description:

• Lead and develop a team of Software developers, DevOps and QAs working actively on exciting projects.
• Nurture chapters of QA, DevOps and Software Development.
• Oversee sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and progress tracking.
• Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of all software products.
• Support implementation and optimization of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top engineering talent.
• Support team resource allocation and competency, ensuring teams are set up for success.
• Mentor and develop technical talents, building a strong culture of accountability, ownership, and technical excellence.

You are meant for this job if:

• BSc. or MSc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development, DevOps or software QA engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading Software Engineers.
• Strong background in software development, architecture, embedded systems, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
•  Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
• Candidates must be able to legally reside and work in Norway without sponsorship
