An incredible opportunity awaits you as Service engineer for autonomy vessels. You will be a part of Global Customer support’s new group for unmanned vessels. In this role, you will be part of a team with highly skilled engineers who assist each other and co-operate well with professional challenges and contribute towards common goals. Your workday will consist of a mix between field service onboard or in the Remote Operation Center. The job will also consist of technical support and remote support from your office base.

Responsibilities

• Field service and technical support to KM’s remote and Autonomy customers.
• Assist other departments with technical assistance for commissioning and test.
• Contribute to develop our Autonomy solutions for the future.
• Close co operation with other departments for a holistic support to our customers.
• Some travel will be required.

Qualifications and experience

• Preferably bachelor’s in Electronics, Computer science or automation.
• Other higher education from technical and maritime university.
• Proficient IT and network skills.
• Experience with one of KM core products is an advantage.
• Maritime experience will be an advantage.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Highly motivated to support customer in their operation.
