We are hiring Ticket sellers in Oslo
Languages : Good proficiency in German and/ or English is a plus! Additional languages are an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, approachable attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Flexibility to work on-call, including weekends and public holidays.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not required.
Legal work permit in Norway.
As a Ticket Seller, you will:
Assist tourists with purchasing tickets for our Hop-on-Hop-off bus tours.
Provide detailed information about tour schedules, destinations, and local attractions.
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure every visitor has an unforgettable experience.
Serve as a brand ambassador for Hop On AS, upholding our commitment to exceptional service.

Hop On AS is a Norway-based operator with headquarters in Oslo and operations across Norway and Denmark. The company provides flexible sightseeing and city experiences through our hop-on hop-off buses, allowing guests to choose their own route and pace of discovery through multiple cities.
