Altena Services AS is a newly established and ambitious construction company based in Bergen, with a clear vision for growth in the coming years. The company specializes in roofing and also performs general carpentry work, both interior and exterior, primarily on private properties.

Hva vi ser etter

• Strong practical skills and experience within roofing (Roofs), including installation, repair, and maintenance of different roof constructions.

• Competence in Carpentry related to roof structures, fascia boards, and general building adjustments.

• Experience with Insulation of roofs and associated building components to ensure energy efficiency and moisture control.

  Knowledge of Waterproofing methods and materials to secure roofs against water ingress and weather exposure.

• Ability and certification (where required) for Working at Height, with a strong safety mindset and adherence to HSE regulations.

• Relevant trade certificate or equivalent experience in roofing/carpentry; vocational education in construction is an advantage.

• Ability to read and follow drawings and work descriptions, and to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners.

• Basic communication skills in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language, and a valid driver's license (class B) are beneficial.

Arbeidsoppgaver

This is a full-time, on-site taktekker (roofer) role based in Bergen. The taktekker will work on installation, repair, and maintenance of various roof types on private properties, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Daily tasks include preparing and securing work areas, installing roofing materials, insulation, and waterproofing systems, and performing necessary carpentry adjustments on roof structures and related building elements.
