Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes.

• Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure food items are stocked and fresh.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy breakfast hours.

• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Breakfast leader is also working as the breakfast host when needed.

  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.

• Strong knowledge of breakfast menus, including traditional and modern dishes.

• Excellent cooking and presentation skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.

• Positive attitude, team player, and strong communication skills.

• Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends.

• You are an organizational talent and pay attention to details

• You speak English or Norwegian
