Seasonal job in spectacular western Norway

Norway’s best AS is hiring for several positions as waiters and service staff to several of our Restaurants and Cafés in Flåm, Aurland and Lærdal for the summer season 2025. We are looking for outgoing individuals that are passionate about the good customer experience.

Start date: April/May

Ending date: September/October

The work periods will vary and will be discussed individually. 

We are looking for waiters and service staff to the following properties:  

In Flåm: Fretheim Hotel (Restaurant Arven) Flåm Bakery & Bakkastova Café

In Aurland: Hotel Aurlandsfjord (Restaurant) Sognaporten diner and café

In Lærdal: Laksen Bakery and café

Work tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal customer service
• Making barista coffee
• Cashier handling
• Preparing sandwiches and salads
• Wine pairings (hotel restaurants)
• Excellent knowledge about products on our menues
• Serving
• Cashier handling
• Setting and clearing tables

Requirements for the position  

• A good command of English as working language (If you speak a Scandinavian language, it’s a plus)
• Relevant work experience from service is an advantage (Café, restaurant, shop etc.) 
• Permission to work within the EU

For some of the positions you will also need:

• Driving license category B
• You own or have access to car
