Position: Full-Time Chef
Location: Home Hotel Aurora, Tromsø, Norway
Duration: Immediate start | Accommodation available during the first 2 months
Language Requirement: Fluency in English

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present buffet-style meals for both breakfast and evening service, ensuring a variety of fresh and appealing options.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Work many shifts independently — you will often be the only chef on duty, responsible for the entire buffet preparation.
- Manage inventory and place orders with suppliers when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and best practices.

- Experienced in kitchen operations, ideally within a hotel or buffet-style setting.

- Organized, efficient, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
- Flexible with working hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English; other language skills are a plus.
